IM Host Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain updated account details.

You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and to use our services in compliance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, and access devices.

You must notify IM Host immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.

You may not use IM Host services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Fees are billed according to your selected plan and billing cycle. You authorize IM Host to charge the selected payment method for renewals unless canceled before renewal date.

Late or failed payments may lead to temporary suspension until payment is settled.

Eligible hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase date.

Refunds typically exclude domain registrations/transfers, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, and services already consumed beyond policy thresholds.

IM Host may suspend or terminate services for material breach, abuse, fraud, repeated security incidents, or unpaid balances.

Where practical, we provide notice and an opportunity to cure before permanent termination, except in severe abuse or legal-risk scenarios.

IM Host retains all rights in its platform, software, trademarks, and service documentation.

You retain ownership of your hosted content and data, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IM Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Total liability for any claim related to services is limited to amounts paid by you for the affected service during the preceding billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Egypt unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
